This smart conversion from a previous buffet restaurant was a challenge for our team: they all had to design for and work within the unusual site conditions of a bridge suspended above live train lines and platforms - without causing disruption to this busy travel hub. The building is also Grade A listed, and within a World Heritage Site – all of which required sensitive management. The end result is a thoroughly contemporary pub restaurant with traditional values to cater for all.
